- Hosting: Provided by Hostinger. They process technical log data (anonymized/aggregate) to ensure the security and stability of the website.
- Analytics: We use the WP Statistics plugin. This is configured to anonymize IP addresses at the point of collection. No personally identifiable information is stored for analytics.
- Payments: Processed via Stripe. ERA Italy does not see or store your credit card details. We only receive a notification confirming if the payment was successful.
4. Data Retention
How long we keep your data depends on its nature and legal requirements:
- Membership Data: Retained for the duration of your membership plus the time required by Italian law for book-keeping and tax purposes.
- Communication Data: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the administrative purpose.
